Security Deposit / Lease Rental Fee
For each booking made through the Shreeya Car Rentals Platform, theGuest shall have to pay Lease Rental in advance which shall include– Rental fee calculated basis the start and the end time of the trip. The Lease Rental fee per day changes dynamically based on the demand, lead time to booking start, location of the booking, vehicle chosen and the duration of the booking.security deposit Rs 3000/- per car.
Refunds,Charges and Payment
All refunds shall be initiated to the original payment account/ mode. All refund initiation shall be processed immediately after the cancellation request is received. However, all such refunds may take some time to reflect in Guest’s accounts.
Payments owed by Guests under this Fee Policy or other applicable policies will be deducted from the security deposit, if any deposited with Shreeya Car Rentals. If the security deposit does not cover such payments, the balance must be paid by the Guest electronically within 24 hours of the booking end time, as per Shreeya Car Rentals payment instructions.
The Guest shall ensure that the account from which the amounts are to be collected have sufficient funds or credit available to cover any charges and/or amount payable to Shreeya Car Rentals. Guests are solely responsible for the same.
In the event the Guest defaults on any payments, Shreeya Car Rentals is entitled to charge reminder fees and default interest in accordance with the provisions of the law. In addition, Shreeya Car Rentals may designate third parties to collect amounts owed to Shreeya Car Rentals by a Guest.
Shreeya Car Rentals reserves the right to prohibit a Guest from making a subsequent booking on the Platform until all outstanding fees in the Guest's account have been paid in full. In the event a fee is incurred, the Guest will receive an email invoice from Shreeya Car Rentals that will have detailed payment instructions.
Cancellation
Cancellation made between 24 hrs before booking start time - Flat cancellation fee of 100% of the Lease Rental paid in advance. Refund of the remaining portion of Lease Rental after deduction of Platform Fee.
Cancellation made after booking start time - No refund of Lease Rental paid in advance. Notwithstanding anything contrary stated herein, Shreeya Car Rentals reserves the right to withhold any refunds due to cancellations, if Shreeya Car Rentals, at its sole discretion, perceives any credit card frauds by a user or where cancellations are made by a user with an intention to defraud Shreeya Car Rentals.
Reschedule before start
No modification is allowed to the schedule booking between 0- 4 hours before booking start time.
Extension
In case a Guest wishes to extend the booking period, he/she may do so at any time before or after the booking ends. Extension of booking shall be applicable at normal tariff.
Shortening post start
Not allowed. However, Guests can drop the vehicle before booking end time. No charges or refunds applicable.
Shortening/Rescheduling within 24hrs of booking start or booking end
Guests will not be able to change booking start time or shorten the booking end time within 4 hours prior to the booking start time. No refunds will be applicable. Nevertheless, Guests can anytime extend the booking, extension terms provided above shall be applicable.
Document Required
1) Indian or international driving license copy to be submitted to Shreeya Car Rentals along with an Original ID Aadhar or voter ID for security that will be returned at the time of returning the car.
VERY IMPORTANT
Car to be driven within Goa only. Do not cross Goa Border.
All court matters under Goa Jurisdiction only.
Late Return
Late return would be charged
Time (duration of rate)
The calculation of the tariff rate is standard i.e. 9am to 9am
If the vehicle is returned out of the time then will be charged full day.
Minimum Duration
The minimum booking duration (also referred to as the “minimum billing duration”) for which a booking can be made by the Guest will be at least for 48 hours. No booking under such duration will be entertained by Shreeya Car Rentals on its Platform.
Fuel Policy
Fuel level is to be consider from office to office.
No refund on extra fuel.
Note: Each and every fuel related dispute needs to be resolved between the Host and the Guest independently. Shreeya Car Rentals shall not be involved in resolving any fuel related disputes.
Returning the vehicle to the wrong location
For all the events where the vehicle is not returned to the designated drop location, Guest shall be liable to pay the amount as contemplated
Traffic and Parking violations
Full payment of fines to be claimed by the Guest.
No Show
Bookings would stand cancelled if after 4 hours of booking start time the Guest still doesn’t show up. No refunds would be applicable.
Over Speeding
INR 1000 (over and above any government fines that may have been levied).
Smoking
A fee charge of INR 500 plus applicable damage costs related to interiors. Its charges may differ from the car type.
Wrong Fueling
The Guest will be liable for the full cost of repair / damage to the vehicle + miscellaneous expenses arising out of the damages.
Key not returned at end of reservation
A flat fee charge of INR 5000 if not returned or loss. Its charges may differ from the car type.
Vehicle Damage (Accidental)
In case of an accident caused, the guest needs to file a police complaint and a report for the above is a must to be actioned. In case of such an incident the Guest should not move the vehicle from the spot and a spot survey has to be made or the concerned supplier needs to be informed about the same.If vehicle is removed from the accident spot without police complaint or spot panchanama then the Guest has to pay the vehicle damage the number of days the vehicle is under service the Guest will be liable to pay the rental tariff of per day to the no of days the vehicle will be at the service station. All repairs to be carried out at Authorized service center only.
Vehicle Damage (Intentional or Consequential)
In case of any intentional damage or damage caused to the vehicle as consequence of the Guest, such as (i) the Guest is found to be under the influence of alcohol during the booking period ; (ii) the vehicle workshop and/or insurance company deem the damage to be attributable to the Guest and/or the user; or (iii) a non-Shreeya Car Rentals Guest is found to be the one driving at the time of accident, Guest will be liable for the full cost of repairing damage caused to the vehicle and any other damages to Shreeya Car Rentals, including, without limitation loss of expected revenue arising out of the damage to the vehicle.
Damage above 50000/-
If during the trip any damage is caused to the vehicle above 50k then the insurance will be claimed and the no of days the vehicle is under service the Guest will be liable to pay the rental tariff of per day to the number of days the vehicle will be at the service station. All repairs to be carried out at Authorized service center only. The Guest has to pay insurance difference amount plus No claim bonus (NCB).Police complain is a must.
Cleaning required (interiors)
If the Hirer returns the car in dirty condition, he/she will be charged the cleaning fee as following: (i) for dirty removable (foot mats etc.) – 500 INR; and (ii) for interior washing / dry cleaning (for seat covers, door panels)
Home / Airport Vehicle Pick-up and Drop
When receiving the car take full video of the car any damage apart from the video the Guest has to pay for the vehicle damage, the number of days the vehicle is under service the Guest will be liable to pay the rental tariff of per day to the number of days the vehicle will be at the service station. All repairs to be carried out at Authorized service center only.
Scratch minimum charges Rs 3500/-
Home delivery or airport delivery will be available at an additional fee plus the distance fee subject to availability and ongoing offers.
The vehicle will be delivered to the specified location selected during booking creation, 0-5 minutes prior to the booking start time and vehicle will be picked up within 30 minutes from the booking end time. The Guest may end the trip before completion of the booking end time. The Guest shall not be charged if he/she has ended the trip before the booking end time and the car is yet to be picked up by the delivery executive of Shreeya Car Rentals.The guest has to inform at least 6 hours before ending the trip if he/she wants to end the trip before completion of the booking end time.
Additionally, the following conditions are also applicable to a Guest:
Tyre Puncture
If the tyre gets punctured please change the tyre or if tyre gets damage the Guest has to pay for new tyre as MRP.
Handover pursuant to the original booking, extensions and modifications are subject to availability of the vehicle.
If a Guest is violating the law or any applicable to Shreeya Car Rentals policies, for example by over-speeding, driving drunk, violating traffic signs, allowing anyone to drive the vehicle who don't have valid Indian or international driving license to drive the car, driving without both seat belts, use of mobile phones while driving, allowing anyone to stand through the Sunroof in the car, performing stunts with the car, Driving the car on the beach, off-roading, rash and negligence manner driving, Red light signal jump the Guest will be responsible for all damage, liability, and fines and could face legal action.
If any Challans or E-challans are received to the Shreeya Car Rentals after trip start to end time then the same will be sent to the Guest through WhatsApp
KYC - Guest profile on this Platform should be verified before the start of the booking. (Driving License & National Id/Passport )
Shreeya Car Rentals will not be responsible for any property left in the vehicle after the booking is ended.
